How Admission Works

1) Booking & Pre-authorization

Your doctor issues an admission note. Our team confirms bed availability and, if insured/SHA, assists with pre-authorization.

  • Bring ID, insurance card & request
  • Estimates available on request
2) Arrival & Orientation

Registration, consent, and orientation to your ward. The nurse explains daily routines, call bells and medication times.

  • Safety checks on admission
  • Belongings labelled securely
3) Daily Care

Doctor rounds, nursing care plans, medication administration and allied health reviews as indicated.

  • Dietician & physiotherapy support
  • Lab, imaging & pharmacy on site
4) Discharge & Follow-up

Discharge planning begins early. You’ll receive a summary, medications, and follow-up dates before going home.

  • Education on home care
  • Referral letters if required

Billing, Insurance & SHA

We accept cash, mobile money and multiple insurance schemes. For SHA/private insurance, some admissions require prior approval.

  • Pre-authorization support
  • Invoices & interim statements on request
