Visiting Hours & Guidelines

Family and friends play a vital role in healing. To keep everyone safe and comfortable, please follow the schedule and guidelines below.

Please carry a valid ID

Security checks are conducted at the gate. Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you feel unwell (fever, cough, flu-like symptoms), kindly postpone your visit.

Standard Visiting Hours

Paediatrics 10:00 am – 12:00 pm  |  3:00 pm – 6:00 pm 10:00 am – 1:00 pm  |  3:00 pm – 6:30 pm Parent/Guardian always permitted; +1 visitor at a time
ICU / HDU Strictly 12:30 pm – 1:00 pm & 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm Strictly 12:30 pm – 1:00 pm & 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm 1–2 immediate family (as advised by the nurse)
Isolation Rooms Visits are limited and may be suspended depending on infection-prevention protocols. Please confirm with the nurse-in-charge.
Do’s for a Safe Visit
  • Sanitize hands on entry and exit; use masks in designated areas.
  • Keep visits short during peak hours to allow rest and clinical care.
  • Follow nurse instructions on personal protective equipment where required.
  • Label personal items (food/clothing) and confirm suitability with the nurse.
  • Use quiet voices and switch phones to silent mode within wards.
Kindly Avoid
  • Visiting if you are unwell or recently exposed to infectious illness.
  • Bringing fresh flowers, latex balloons, or strong-scented items to ICU/HDU.
  • Sitting on patient beds or moving clinical equipment.
  • Taking photos/videos without consent from the patient and hospital.
  • Large groups—please rotate visitors as per limits above.
Special Circumstances

Critical care, end-of-life, or special needs cases may allow flexible hours upon consultation with the unit in-charge.

Pastoral & Chaplaincy

Our chaplaincy team offers prayer and counselling to all faiths. Ask the nurse to request a chaplain visit.

Cafeteria & Amenities

Cafeteria open 7:00 am – 7:30 pm daily. ATMs and a convenience kiosk are available near the main lobby.

Yes, with parental/guardian supervision. In ICU/HDU and isolation rooms, child visits may be restricted—please check with the nurse-in-charge.

Phones should be on silent. Photography is not permitted without patient and hospital consent, and is prohibited in critical care areas.

Speak to the unit in-charge. In special circumstances (e.g., end-of-life, essential caregiving), flexible arrangements may be made.

The nurse station provides updates to the next-of-kin on file. To protect privacy, phone updates are limited to the recorded primary contact.
